THANKSS it is actually me Okumura Wig.. I got it from the five wits company i forgot what it’s called but its the one they sell to people that wanna cosplay Sasuke Uchiha mainly? I remember one of them telling me. and well it self spikes on its own so no gel or anything needed. <3 my precious wig~ <3 ahaha ^^
